Appointments & registration

Book an appointment online –around the clock.

With our online appointment management you can book appointments conveniently 24/7 – even after work or at the weekend. Free of charge, encrypted, with confirmation by e-mail and an optional reminder text message.

Please note: The appointment portal and the registration form are in German.

Good to know:

Appointments under general anaesthesia must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the operation. With a doctor's certificate, a late cancellation is possible at any time. If an appointment is not cancelled in time and no doctor's certificate is presented, a private of €500 will be charged.

If your child's teeth are not sufficiently clean at the time of a filling or anaesthesia appointment and an additional professional cleaning is therefore required, this will be charged privately at €75.

Our approach

With us, children take centre stage.

Every child gets the time and attention they need. We playfully channel trust and natural curiosity into the treatment – and never let ourselves be rushed into a hasty, stressful therapy.

We turn children into “toothbrushing pros” and a dental visit into something as normal as a haircut.

The greatest gift is an honest child's smile after treatment.

01

Time instead of assembly line

Every child gets as much time as they need – not as much as the schedule allows.

02

Playful and without pressure

Curiosity is our tool. We explain, show, try things out – and only then treat.

03

Prophylaxis instead of fillings

With prophylaxis your child becomes a toothbrushing pro – so fillings are needed less often.

“Whoever likes children will understand that they often go their own way.”
Oskar Stock, b. 1946, German author

Treatment concept

The right approach for every child.

After the first examination, we discuss the possible treatment options with you, taking your child's age, dental condition and cooperation into account. At the next appointment, we brush their teeth together; their cooperation helps us choose the appropriate approach.

01

Stage 1 of 5 · Good cooperation

Awake treatment

For children who cooperate well and have little tooth decay – similar to treatment for adults.

Parents' guide

The first visit – when nothing is wrong. And precisely because nothing is wrong.

It is never too early for the first dental visit, but often too late. Ideally, seek advice during pregnancy – and book an appointment by the time the first tooth appears. The first visit is for information and getting to know each other.

01

Mornings are dental time

Children are at their best between 8:00 and 12:00. We therefore schedule appointments for children under six exclusively in the morning.

02

Parents are welcome

Your presence reassures young children. We encourage older children to enter the treatment room on their own. Parents are always present for important decisions, such as X-rays or tooth removal.

03

Come rested and healthy

Avoid exam days and infections; your child's airways should be clear.

Better not to say

  • „It won't hurt“
  • „It won't take long“
  • „You don't need to be afraid“

Well meant – but these phrases introduce the idea of pain and fear.

Try this instead

  • The less fuss, the better.
  • Mention the visit casually – like a haircut.
  • You are welcome to leave the explanations to us.
